Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your new plant. If there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help.
We offer refunds or replacements for the following issues:
- Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your plant arrives dead when using next day or 2 day shipping.
- Wrong Item Received: If you get a different plant than what you ordered.
Time Frame
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Proof Required
A clear photo of the plant upon delivery is required for all refund or replacement requests. This helps us assess the issue and improve our service.
About Plant Stress During Shipping
Plants are living organisms and experience some stress or minor cosmetic damage during transit, such as:
- Slight wilting
- Drooping leaves
- Minor foliage loss or browning
This is normal and temporary – most plants bounce back after a couple of days with proper care. We recommend giving your new plant a few days to adjust to its new environment before assessing its health.
Not Eligible
We do not offer refunds or replacement for:
- Damaged caused by improper care after delivery (e.g., over-watering, exposure to extreme temperatures, or lack of sunlight).
- Normal Shipping stress like slight wilting, leaf loss, or minor cosmetic damage.
Return Shipping
In most cases, plants do not need to be returned. If we request a return, we will provide instructions, and shipping costs may apply depending on the situation.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the USA only. Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via USPS. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Packaging & Transit
All plants are carefully packaged to minimize movement and protect them during shipping. However, please note:
- Some minor cosmetic damage is normal. Examples include slight leaf bruising or wilting. This damage does not affect the long-term health of your plant.
- Most plants bounce back after a day or two of proper care in their new environment.
Heat & Cool Pack Options
If you’re experiencing extreme weather in your area, either hot or cold, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack or cool pack to your order. This will provide added plant protection.
- Heat and cool packs are available for purchase in our shop.
- These packs help maintain a more stable temperature during transit but do not guarantee complete protection in severe weather.
- We are not responsible for damage due to weather if a heat or cool pack was not added to your order during checkout.
Tip: Check your local forecast before ordering. If extreme temperatures are expected, consider delaying your purchase or including the appropriate temperature pack.
